Leading and Managing Frontline
This part of the Toolkit will be useful for people who run, manage, or are leaders, in one of many “frontline offices” an organisation has, or they may be the manager of a smaller, local service.
This includes anyone in a position of influence or leadership for people who work at the frontline. They may have a part in decisions about what data or information is collected from service users, how that happens, and how it’s used.
They have a role in creating the culture, processes, and operating practices of their group around how service users' data and information is viewed and respected. They may be involved in negotiating contracts or partnership agreements – if so the guidance around “Funding, Contracting and Partnering" will also be helpful.
